I read somewhere it was a Microsoft issue, I bet that means it was a Windows Update that started automatically it happens all the time on servers! Then we could not print a manifest for the driver. Today 25th June has been far the worse day since we started using Click and Drop.

All our items are sent using signed for, but if you don't use recorded delivery and send a lot of items each day then you could opt for the prepaid card click and drop and just drop them off and pick your receipt up next day. Its a shame it not fully integrated with ebay all it does is pull over your sales including title, customers name and address and price. I found it very time consuming. Was'nt really a smooth process flow with ebay, it would be good if it automatically updated the tracking numbers on ebay for you but it doesn't. It also dosnt mark anything dispatched on ebay. It basically pulls your sales from ebay but no information is sent back to ebay which is a shame. Having 2 windows open with ebay and double checking between 3 apps wasnt ideal. The printer is part of the franking machine, not something extra. This is quite an expensive way of doing things - cheaper than stamps, but more expensive than a Post Office account - but it does allow me to take the items to the post office and get proofs of posting for each item. This is important to me, as I don't send most things tracked.
